Dark as night purple. A good candidate for the blue teeth club. The nose gives a nice mix of chocolate, currant and black pepper. The fruit is very forward with chocolate covered dark cherries leading the way then currant and a slight citrus hit at the end of the finish. Not quite what I would call ”classic” petite sirah style but interesting nonetheless.
At $33 there are some better options at the same or better price point.
