2005 Lail Blueprint Napa Valley

Deep dark purple in color. The nose was closed not giving much at all. For a wine so extracted looking this one never seemed to get going in the flavor department. Muted earthy currant and slight black cherry were wrapped in big chewy tannins. Very average for the price.
