Michael and David Vineyards have a good time making wine. It’s obvious they are serious about what they do but don’t take themselves to seriously. Why else would they produce a wine called Petite Petit? Even the label is fun. Dark purple in color. The nose has notes of purple flowers and spiced plum stew. Big and bold flavors of plumb, black berry and currant also hit the plate with guns a blazing. Fun and easy to drink. This red wine is blend of 85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot fruit from Lodi. Aged 14 months in French oak.
